Twinkies and even a tub of lard will have no fat, and will be considered health food.

Cars will run on hydrogen and solar power.

Global climate change will have caused vast expanses of Florida and Louisiana to be under water. Miami will have begun to be lost to the sea.

Hate will still be the most powerful human emotion, and will continue to drive world events. Terrorists will have obtained a nuclear bomb long before this and destroyed a major American city.

Planes will fly silently, and will seat up to 1000 passengers.

New and terrifying weapons will increase the cost of hate and cause human carnage and atrocity to rise to an unprecedented scale.

God will still be in his heaven.

At the rate we're going--global warming, wars, genocide, nuclear weapons, greed and insanity--all life on Earth will likely be extinct in less than 50 years.

I think that we will make contact with civilizations on other planets who are more advanced that we are. Life will be better because this discovery will make us realize that our religion concept came from people who didn't understand what they saw. Religion killing will be obsolete.
