Leona has won a million pounds to cover promotion, touring, cutting CD's & eventually being a fabulous pop star. The money doesn't go into her pocket - it is looked after by Simon Cowell, who will be managing her career.

It's better to finish 2nd cos Leona will be dropped when she fails to impress anymore. Other females stars will keep releasing good music and Leona won't. She will just enjoy becoming rich quick like the judges. Why does no-one understand this?
Ray will entertain for a long time. I am concerned will the IQ level of people who haven't figured it out yet. Leona is a plastic celeb. Just to make money off. Next year another lame idiot will be the same. Have people forgot about Ward already?

i dont comprehend for specific. I dont think of they're given a million pounds in money acceptable of their hand. They paintings in a recording studio with acceptable kit and manufacturers to the cost of a million million pound.

it just means that thats how much the label is willing to spend on her to help make her a success, stuff like studio fees, marketing and promo's all the technical stuff that goes along with making someone a 'star' I don't how she is paid though wether it's based on record sales or royalties I am not sure. But where are most of them now eh? the only one of these reality talent show people I have seen around is Lemar and he didn't even win!

The manager will get about 20%, and all the costs of recording and promoting the record will come out of that too.
She should end up with about £250,000 in the bank, but she will get a percentage of every record sold
