That's a good GPA for high school and if you're in college it's still a good one but some colleges require a higher GPA to get into certain programs.

In high-school that's acceptable, but once in college you should reach for at least a 3.5. I know for a fact that the best of the best employers won't hire those with less than that. Want the big pay-check someday?..have to have the big GPA. 3.2 is good though..yes. That's about all I was in highschool. I did improve that during my college years.

If a 4.0 is an A and you have to ask if a 3.2 which is like a B average is good or not that you are a moron! Then I doubt you had a 3.2 lol.
