Let's use Process of Elimination to throw out some players:
1) Gradowski not starting - out.
2) Big Ben playing against Baltimore so would not take a chance - out
3) Leinart prone to interceptions which costs points - out

Now it gets interesting:
a) I would play Alex smith as he faces cards at home and this could be a shootout
b) I would play Romo as he is at home and has good talent around him and this will be a revenge game for Dallas
c) I would play Cutler based on matchup (shaky pass defense of Cincy) plus he is at home
d) I would play Campbell as he has done nothing wrong till now and St louis defense isn't Baltimore.
e) Play Garcia as he has been solid and is making less mistakes.

That would mean Hassleback is out, I agree with that as minus DJAX against a good San Diego defense he is a shaky proposition.

Also leaves Bulger out and that's ok as last couple of weeks Washington has played really good Defense. Ever since they got some players back from injury

1.Hasselback- He has proven himself with putting up great stats and wins. Until this years injury he had been great, since he's been back he hasnt been quite himself but he'll reach his peak again.
2.Bulger- Another proven QB, this year started out as the best passing QB. He's smart, makes good decisions most of the time. Has the will to win
3.A. Smith- Give the kid a few years and let the 49ers build, this year he played great with what he had to work with. A few more years and he'll be a top QB in the league.
4.Romo- Played great under pressure this year, has proven that he can win. Time will make this "rookie/veteran" even better.
5.Roethlisberger- Smart kid. If he's healthy he's great, makes some questionable throws at times but he definatley has the potential to be great.

On the bubble
-Leinart- Started off horrible, getting better with time. Put him with a good coach and decent line and he'll be a winner.
-Cutler- Same thing as Leinart, Cutler will soon be the Denver franchise QB.

No Good
-Campbell- He's backup material, nothing special. He hasnt proven anything yet and probably will never have the chance to.
-Garcia- If he was younger and still had a few years of playing ahead of him, i'd take him. With his age hes to risky, he's a one hit wonder this season.
-Gradkowski- Again another one hit wonder, when Simms returns and is healthy he'll be back to back-up duty. Didnt really prove enough this season for him to be a starter.
