Are you bringing it directly to the UPS center, or are you looking at going to one of those common shipper places that deal with UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.?
Your best bet is to call them and find out.

Just know that unless you ship it first day air and the place you're shipping it to is across the street, it won't get there by christmas
