Best chase scene of all time!!!... a dirtbike versus a Mack truck in the LA drain.
Good elements: Guns n Roses "you could be mine", hacking, grenade launcher, the T2, humor,... if it had some T&A I would agree to best action film ever.

Terminator 2 was pretty good, but my personal favorite action films are:
Spiderman 2
The Matrix
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
Romancing the Stone

Terminator 2? Yes - it was pretty friggin good.
However - i have to agree that predator 1 comes before that
Alien 2 before predator 1
and well.... The Matrix (ONLY THE FIRST ONE!!!) is the best of all time... really deep - good action... well met
