Well, if I were you I'd wait for him to make a move. I never tell someone I like them like that.

Make sure that he likes you first!! I don't want you to get hurt. But if you know for sure that he likes you then tell him you guys should hang out sometime. Start from there... if you do that then maybe you won't have to be the one to tell him you like him, maybe he'll come out and tell you :)

You just go up to them and tell them. As a matter of fact that happened today and we told each other that we liked each other and now we are going out. Happy Holidays!! :)

You just say the words; just be sure they remotely feel something for you too though. Otherwise, remain mute on the subject, to prevent embarassment or uncomfortableness.
