try finding some with a zipper on the side, that way you dont have to push your foot through the boot. it's never a problem for me.

Well it sounds as though maybe your foot is not the problem but your ankle is. Does your ankle bend enough to put your foot on the same plane as your leg? You may not have enough flexibility in your ankle to maneuver into a boot. Try a boot with a VERY soft flexible upper part and see if that makes a difference. If so you may have to stick with soft ones. It's like putting on a sock, only with a shoe attached.

what size are you? okay... lets say your size is a 7 in womens..... try 2 sizes over and if they're too big, get some tissue and stick it at the bottom of your shoes, untill they fit. if that doesn't work try going to a store and getting boots that have a bigger whith than normal boots, that might be your problem, you might have a wide foot.

Try a different shoe, because it sounds to me like you are wearing pointed toe shoes. Maybe you need round toe shoes for comfort or the square looking ones. Oh yeah it's a boot, it can still look cool though.

sometimes boots can run smaller than regular shoes try a boot with a wider fitting. Also it can be hard to find boots if you have thick calves. Aldo have a good selection of boots that run in all sizes too.

I know you said not to say pulling, but...that is the only option, honey. You just gotta keep pulling till it gets in there! You might feel like it isn't going to happen, but it will :)
