Would anyone know (or has anyone out there experienced this too) a creamy white, sort of like hand cream mucus? what stage would that be noticed at in a cycle? before or after ovulation?
thanks everyone

Everyone has slightly different reactions to the hormones caused by ovulation but the "creamy discharge" you are describing is normal but you should keep a little calendar with notes as to menstral cycles and discharge changes if the change in discharge is at a regular interval between periods it may well be a simple way to predict ovulation and fertility times.

Creamy is normal and is generally experienced several days before ovulation. The creamy then turns more watery and stretchy and then becomes like eggwhites--this is the most fertile. Creamy is also often seen before period begins.
