Assuming you have a DVD burner, this program will convert most Windows video formats to DVD :

Begin with "Smart Start"
Choose "Make My own DVD Movie"

It will allow you to "Add Files" of your choice for the DVD compilation ... even create a menu if you wish.

You should have a Dvd-RW drive,burning software like NERO and a DVD-r....
