Yeah, so I burnt my nose on a curling iron.. (Yeah, don't ask). And like an idiot, I didn't do anything for it and it was really red. The next morning it didn't hurt, but then at school I put my hoodie on and scraped the top layer of skin off....So now I have this red spot on my nose and then the lighter red spot from where it was scraped off....I put makeup on it the next day and it made it look slightly better....By the end of the day it looked really weird....Any suggestions???

ive had that happen to me before, but the burn was on my neck, well u should add some neosporin or any cream to make the burn heal aloe vera gel works good, then to cover it up take some concealer and dab it on slowly make sure u have mositurizer on before doing this, and then lightly powder, and keep this with u at all times when the concealer and powder come off slowly just reapply, but no matter what it will leave a mark, be more careful next time

I think you should use some concealer that's lighter than your normal skin tone. Then cover that up with your foundation. This will help some. Besides, you shouldn't be worried about what people think you look like. I understand, though, how you feel. But think about it this way, at least you don't have to wear a Band-Aid on your nose! lol anyways, just do that and tell people the truth. it'll be a good source of conversation, and it'll make everyone laugh (not at you, but with you!). It made me chuckle when i read your story, so don't worry about what you look like, or what other people think. We all make stupid mistakes like that (not that you're stupid, but you know what I mean). I hope this helps!

What I did, (this happened to me, but on my forehead) just put some concealer over it, and put powder on, but with a big brush so it doesnt look like your wearing tons of makeup.

thats now not even a mole hun, thats a cosmetic mark LOL. simply placed a few concealer on it if it makes you that self concious, the concealer will lighten it up a pair sun shades to the factor you'll be able to slightly detect it. its now not unhealthy in any respect, it provides man or woman. if it used to be massive & bushy, that might be one more tale

I would suggest maybe not trying to pick your nose with a curling iron next time.

I did that to my ear. :(
Just put some make-up/consealor on it. I guess if you can't do that... wear a band aid. Even though that would look weird, lol.

i would be careful about putting make-up on it till it heals. may look funny, but will look and feel worse if you get it infected.
