Can you suggest some economical gifts (say around $10-15 each) for a 10 year old boy and 13 year old girl?

Thanks.

At the Dollar Store get something that brings back memories or inside jokes for my brother I got him wooden spoons, a locker and antibacterial hand soap. Walmart has some gift packages. Also this site has some really good ideas: http://www.gifts.com/

10 year old boy - nerf makes a lot of fun toys in the $10-15 range.

13 year old girl - gift card to target, she will love the money and is probably very into make-up (which you would not want to pick out for her), write what its for on the gift card if you want it to be more personal.

Kitten or puppy for the girl (in the long run will cost more then $15) though.

My favorite gift when I was 10 were either Legos or Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars.

why are most of you people saying make-up? 13 year old girls are into more than make up.
cash, cds, gift cards......if they have iPods maybe a gift certificate for iTunes.

I think some CD's that they may want. Find out what type of music they like. Ask what their favorite band is on the radio. I love music. If my parents got me CD's, I would love them forever. I do now!

-A good book is always a good idea.
-Computer-based language programs for kids,
-Clothes (pyjamas, trousers, t-shirts, shoes...)
-A relatively cheap digital camera (to get acquanted with the new technology)
-Anything that could develop their creativity
-And...remember, Christmas is about giving others what they would be happy for, so try to look around, and see if there is anything that your kids have been dreaming of for long!

Merry Christmas!
