They say that they are just close friends. They met when she interviewed him and Chris Brown for her magazine that she was coming out with. It seems to me like BOWWOW can't work with someone without liking them.

I don't think so, if it were true Bow Wow would be telling everybody about it. He has a big mouth, Ciara wanted to keep their relationship private, look how that turned out.
