..most of the time people just say "because of the war". Being the President is a tough job..just try to imagine what this country would be like if John Kerry was running the show? Would it make that much of a difference? Would you rather fight here on your own soil or have the military protect you? What has the President done to hurt you so much that you would hate him?

People do not know personally what they don't like. They just "go along" with public opinion as to not be casted out for their beliefs. If Kerry had been running the show, he wouldv'e done the same thing. Al Gore would have as well. The war was waged to appease the public, because we wanted revenge for 9/11, and they wouldv'e gone after Saddam because they would have had the same secretary of defense to advise them to do so. The CIA would have been the same and would have still provided faulty intelligence. George Bush happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. If it was someone else, they would be bashed as well. We don't hate Bush, and we don't hate his decisions because they WEREN'T HIS DECISIONS. Congress voted to go to war. Donald Rumsfeld provided the agendas and tactics. Bush is like the queen of england, just a figurehead. Presidents don't make the decisions, there parties do. They are just in office as a symbol of there party. For the soil question, I would rather fight on others soil. It might be beneficial to fight on our soil because there wouldn't be all this gossip and contemptuous talk of our presidents thoughts. If he was as bad as people say, than he would have been empeached by now. Seeing as everything he has done has been constitutional, everyone should stop whineing and moaning. Through the check and balance system, branches of government watch over eachother. Since congress, bush, and the supreme court all voted for war, you should blame all of them as opposed to their figurehead. Bush has done nothing to make you hate him. I doubt all of you bush execraters even know the true meaning of hate.

I do not hate the man I never did..I just disagree with some of his decisions...one being the way the war is going..another the economy...sure unemployment is down but it is not the higher paying quality jobs that make a difference...plus the minimum wage has not been raised in 9 years...people who depend on that are living below the poverty level...and the response time to the Katrina was a disaster in itself...I am not saying that another person could do a better job however I would hope that they could. I have no problem with Bush as a person and I am quite sure that I would even like him if I got to know him...but as far as a president, I do not have a whole lotta faith in him and his policies.

Bush hasn't hurt me, and I don't hate him. I run into a lot of people who go on tangents about how he's ruined the country, etc etc. I've also found it amazing that people blame him for 9-11. Our country gets threats every day, how are we to know which are credible, and which are not? Clinton knew about it. However, because the country was in such better shape during Clinton's reign, that Democrats are playing off of that now. It showed in the election recently. I'm very leery about how things are going to be done now, once the dust has settled in January.

dude, i think everone knows that Bush isn't doing a very good job at what he's doing right now. most of our problems with him is because he hasn't done ANYTHING, which is why we hate him. its his fault we're all at war right now, all he needed and wanted to do was take sadam out of power and he did that fine, but why the hell is our army there in iraq right now? seriously? i don't remember any suicide bombs before all of this happened and now there are and the army's soldiers are getting hurt or killed for doing what?? frankly nobody knows what john kerry would have done and it doesn't matter because he's not the president, bush is, and he's not doing a good job at handling anything that's going on. don't you see the political comics making fun of him? or comedians making fun of him? or anyone else saying anything good about him? that's because he's a joke to everyone and he's stupid and doesn't know what he's doing...tell me one good thing that he's done during his presidency besides the fact of taking sadam out of power? the only people right now who are supporting him are those stupid southern freaks who don't know what the hell is going on because they're too much involved with the love of their unhealthy deep-fried food and are too stupid to think. DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS MY A**.....

Because they think it's a simple matter and that blame can easily be assessed. Bush has made some grotesque errors, to be sure. But notice that Pelosi is already starting down the same trail. I only wish it was as easy as voting in the Dems or Reps. Remember Vietnam? LBJ was with which party? Well, 'nuff said...

i think of the human beings making use of those words are often seek advice from Muslims yet are extremely afraid of pissing off the electorate by being too intense themselves. i think of they had prefer to be extra open approximately it, yet they're themselves afraid. And their motives are nevertheless economic, not noble. whether they have blended the two. they might combat terrorism right here fairly efficiently if the phobia of jihad became all they have been stressful approximately. yet lamentably it extremely is not. they simply look to bypass to different international locations while that usa has an exploitable source and a take care of a important western organisation.

there are alot of factors, not just the war but his disrespect of the constitution and the principles this country was based on. You have to add people like Ah-Ha above me who have their head so far up bush's a s s that they forgot what its like to be an American. As a republican I think he is just a two-bit con man.

Good point. Also I think those people are just following mob mentality. It's the popular opinion to not like GWB.
And if John Kerry was president I think that Farsi would be the official language of the US by now.

I happen to like Bush as a man & President, hes not perfect though,as no one is,like hes not an eloquint speaker in public, but hes doing the best he can,& he doesn't run the Washington show all by himself anyway..I respect whoever is in the office at any given time, its a reputable job, they deserve my respect.
