That's easy............ just show some cleavage in public........ wear some daisy dukes that are a bit too short and show some backside skin..........
As far as the guys that would approach you and try to "get to know you" don't expect to attract too many males with class and morals using that technique, but if you just wanted some attention, showing some skin would do the trick...........
