Not sure if he was a dictator, but Emperor Leo V of Armenian was assassinated Christmas day in 820.
Ceausescu was executed, which I believe is technically different than assassination, as you are sentenced to execution and know it is going to happen, where as assassinations are sort of a surprise.. but Emperor is technically different than Dictator, so who knows?
