Any suggestions on colors that would work with these boots or any outfit ideas??? I bought the tan ones not the black ones.

A black knee length skirt with a black top. A bag with the same color as your boots and great accessories. To show off your boots, tone down your dress with elegant black and that won't make you look over the top because the boots will speak for themselves.

Well it depends on where you're going. You could dress them down with jeans and a hot top or dress them up with a nice skirt. OR go sexy with a short skirt and sexy top.
For colours I would go with browns and greens.

a navy dress [a shorter length one that cuts off on the thigh] or even a black one [same length]. i know a lot of people don't like brown and black together - me being one of them - but lighter browns and black actually look quite nice.

I think just about anything. Wear a cute suede or cordoroy jacket to go with it that is a similar color
