Handing out or taking RuneScape expenses is antagonistic to regulations, all of us in violation will be banned or muted.Please save on with the regulations, doing that is ineffective and has no relaxing and excitement to the finished recreation.;D

I have a great account wich is like lvl82. But i worked really hard, my only advice for getting a good account is make one and work really hard on it. Also you only can report people who talked to you in the game in the last like 30sec. (Not private chat.)
