Lemon Law does apply to some used cars depending on what state you are in, most states if you sign the "as-is no warranty" paper then you are on your own. First i would search the net and find your states Lemon Law. I would also contact the dealer that sold it to you, most reputable dealers will try to help some as they do not want their name smeared all over town, the smaller the town usally the more willing to help. I would get a few different opinions on what needs done.
I do agree their is a point where you might want to consider trading it in, it very well could be a "problem child" vehicle. Hope that helps a little :)

im not really sure about this, but i do belive that the lemon law applies to used cars as well, if not, just try and trade it off or something. Go back and tell the people you bought if from that youve had it in the shop so much. I do belive that your car qualifies as a lemon, as long as their are no modifications. Then its should still qualify, but im not really sure, it might be something you want to research.

Check out your states Lemon law. Then talk to the place you bought it from ,if that doesn't scare them into helping you then call your local TV station Consumer Reporter. Funny how fast they can help you then. Also report the company to the State Attorney Generals Office, Better Business Bureau. There are places out there that handle complaints from consumers who have been victim of unscrupulous businesses. If you have only gone to one place to get service it maybe the shop you have gone to.

u need to check ur warranty. did u pay for extended warranty? if u continue to have problems with ur car save all ur receipts and look into ur states lemon law. Also when getting ur car repaired it helps to get 2 or 3 opinions, sometimes car mechanics take advantage of females.

see if u have the warranty remaning. also, if u bought the car from a car dealer, u might wanna check if they provided any limited warranty,
if ur not married or own a home (not apt) its better and cheaper to lease a car.

if you're going to to a mechanic every time there is something wrong with your car you're better off just buying a new car
