Look up http://www.excelyourbiz.com
to learn how to build a professional personal, business, or merchant website on your own without the high cost of paying for a webmaster for free or for a low cost. They show you everything
you need to know to build your own web site.

They offer advice and guide you through the steps to
build your very own web site. Basic computer skills are needed
and you don't need to be a computer whiz to build your own website.

I've been using MacroMedia DreamWeaver MX to build my websites for our biz purpose. I learned how to use this through HELP menu, a book and trials/errors within a month. This is much better than MS front page in the long run.
