I've been using MacroMedia DreamWeaver MX to build my websites for our biz purpose. I learned how to use this through HELP menu, a book and trials/errors within a month. This is much better than MS front page in the long run.

http://www.godaddy.com or htttp://www.domainhaul.com offer complete ecommerce packages, including shopping carts, and the whole deal. You don't need to know much to get started.
