i have just downloaded internet explorer 7.0, and every time i go on to the internet it brings up a tab 'customise your settings', how do i get rid of this and get a my own home page, pls help!!

then your home page will be available next time you open the browser.

Like the man says, Customise your settings, take a good look there is a couple of questions to answerer, one is the name of your search motor, so put in google, or yahoo, and click OK, that is all it is.

Type in your home page, once your into your home page go to the tools tab internet options. On the top where it say home page; click on current. The next time you open your browser you should get your home page.

I had the same problem but i fixed it. You just need to customise it 1s then i will never come up. I think you will need to select the second 1 I think, or in the third row in the top you will find a house sighn, click on it to go to your homepage.

You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customisable to suit your needs and no problems.

There should be an option to just save the settings. Then click on Tools | Internet Options and set your homepage.

just do what it says and click 4 it to keep your current hopepage or just let it change and go back and change the normal way

go to your favorite site and from there, make it your home page.

uninstall IE7, download firefox, run a bunch of antivirus-antispyware programs

Try restarting your computer, maybe it hasnt installed properly yet.

(But firefox really is better.)
