Why would you pick that method? Which is the most sureproof? For example, a "shotgun to the head" might result in blowing off your face, instead, but surviving. I am not suicidal, I am just morbid like that.

I believe it all depend how you chose to die, some people jump over a bridge, others with drugs, others choose a bloody way. But I think we all started dying from the moment we were born. I would choose not to involve others; don’t jump in front of a moving vehicle because it would be unnecessary pain and trauma to an unknown person. A parson I loved very much kill himself, and he arrange everything, his funeral, left all his bill paid, apologized to all the people he offended and specified exactly all the arrangement of his funeral. He poisoned him self. Years later I had a vivid dream about him: I was standing at night appreciating the ocean (which I love to do often) I felt an arm around me, I turned around and it was him, his face was pale like a ghost “Ar..,” he called my name “do you know how to pray?” he asked – “I think so” I said, “can you please pray for me?, because I thought that with dying the pain will go away… but I am still suffering” , I made an attempt o hug him and tell him that I love him, but he vanished, ever since I go to the ocean, I pray for him and I think about that “pain will not end with dying”.. so in any case I still think the best way to die is to live.

Well, I was going to say sleep in the car with it running in the garage, but I wouldn't want to hurt anyone else, so that might not work. I'm a total wuss, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to do it at all. Pills, I guess, although I'd be afraid of it hurting as it tears up my stomach.

By being "morbid like that", you are insulting everyone who has had to live through the trauma of a loved one killing themselves. This is not something to joke around about.

If I were REALLY going to do it, I wouldn't mess it up.
I'd take a whole bottle of painkillers, muscle relaxers, and narcotics, then drink an entire bottle of 151 rum, then get up on the edge of a bridge over water, chain a cinderblock to my feet, then shoot myself in the head.
Either way, I ain't gonna fail at killing myself if I've failed at everything else enough to make me want to do it.

I've always wanted to die by going to the top of a mountain during a massive storm, closing my eyes, and waiting for a lightning bolt to strike me.
If I survive that then maybe Mother Nature wants me to live.

I would have fallen from an jet so high that there is no chance of surviving.I would that because I assume it would be great to fall without thinking about the end and it would be a pretty sudden death as well.

No form of suicide is fool proof. There was one time in my life that I really didnt want to be alive. I wanted to die so badly. Life had no meaning for me anymore. But even though I was so down, I was so frightened about actually killing myself. I thought of an overdose, but I could have ended up with brain damage and lived out the rest of my life in an institution being kept alive by machines, and that would have been worse than death for me. I thought of a shotgun, but like you say, I could end up defaced or badly injured and would end up in hospital with operation after operation to fix up what I had done to myself...not to mention the psychiatrists I would have to see to find out why I was suicidal. I thought of gasing myself, either in a car or the oven...but have heard that you get really sick before you actually die...I hate being sick...Im not talking about just normal sick, but you throw up your entire guts.....same applies with poison....too much pain and sickness. For anyone to actually go ahead with a plan take a huge risk for it not working and they end up a vegetable....its not worth it to me....I will just have to die of old age I guess.

I'd wait....nothing like a starring contest with death. Though he always wins in the end, I can normally hold out an average of 75 years.
