It's funny to think about but it wouldn't be funny if he did it. Also, does your cousin REALLY think he was the first to think of that???
Probably a couple million people have heard of that before. Oh and I've also heard the one with the Shih Tzu and the poodle....Shihtz poo.

It was funny about 10 years ago when they said it in the movie Dumb and Dumber. Yes, I still laugh when I hear that line in the movie though.
