There are two problems with using a proxy site to bypass a filter or block and get to MySpace:
1) It might not even work. There's a fair chance that whoever set up the block already knows about the proxies and has them blocked as well. Even if you get one to work, the computer admin will find out about it in short order (since they most likely monitor your Net usage) and block that site as well.
2) If you're at school, there's probably a rule against going to MySpace, and you'll get in trouble if you break it. You'll probably get into even bigger trouble if you try to use a proxy to sneak around the rules!
Save yourself the trouble and don't go there! Go back home to do MySpace.

Someone is blocking your myspace access. Likely for a good reason, if it's your employer, don't bother, is it worth losing your job over?
