equipment for baby that can hang on the door

You can get a jumper from your local toy store for about $20. It clasps onto the door frame and your kid can go.

Depending on your door size and the jumper, the baby may pinch his or her fingers. Most parents whine and complain about this. However, injuries are a part of growing up. Just wait until your child crashes into the coffee table and bites his tongue!

if u're in the uk i got a lindham bounce about plus, you can get them plain or with a tigger or winnie the pooh design, usually around £25 - £35. from mothercare/ boots/ toys r us...babies can use them from about 3 months or when they can hold their heads and spines up sufficiently.

though my boy is now 8 months i stopped him using his at 7 months because he was able to bump his head on the door frame, but he absolutely loved it! and even though he didn't get as much use as i anticipated, it was well worth it.

i just looked and they also do a bouncer that doesn't need a doorframe (which if i'd have seen it i would have bought instead it would be a better idea...a bit more expensive but my baby could still use it for a few months, without me worrying!

here's the link to the mothercare search for bouncers

johnny jump up. had one for each of my two boys when they were just old enough to start pulling up, they loved being able to stand and jump in it. get one if you don't have one already. they also make one that doesn't have to be attached to the doorway now, i think it's called a jumperoo! I wish they had had that then, I would have gotten one of those instead. there is one though that looks like the jumperoo and hangs from the door and I have heard that it will flip over and isn't safe, but I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with the johnny jump up, it is perfectly safe, they have been making and selling them for many years and my kids never sqiushed their fingers, to make it the safest put it in the widest opening you have!

A baby bouncer? They're great! Lindam do a good one - about £20 in the UK. Just be careful your baby doesn't get too excited and swing him or herself into the door frame!

I believe they're called "Johnny Jump Ups" or something like that. I don't recommend using them though as #1 it doesn't look safe, #2 it tears up your doorways and #3 it's a pain in the butt trying to go through a doorway with a giant thing hanging from it.

I'd recommend this instead:

My next door neighbors have this for their little girl and she seems to enjoy it :-)

Don't no what your asking? But their great my daughter loved it. People told me not to leave in it for long periods of time cause it makes there legs go funny. ITS a load of crap is that cause there is nothing wrong with her legs and shes 3 now. Got it from mother care.

Johnny Jump

Try Target and Walmart if you're interested in purchasing one. They're incredible, they really build leg strength as well as neck strength. I'd definetly look into getting one!
