my little lad asked me that question the other day and i thought strange !!! as you only see white ones on telly and never gave it much thought up untill now ... have you ever seen a black ghost and if so could you see through them ??

A black ghost signifies a satanistic spirit. Generally you can see through either a white or black one. But I would be very cautious about seeing a black one its up to no good!

yes i have seen a "black" ghost. Although he was not African-American like the above answers suggested. When i was a kid, maybe 10 or 11 i saw a ghost in my hallway just outside my room. The hallway was not lit and the figure standing there was darker than the shaded hallway behind him. Darker than night, like a void in space. Somehow, I sensed him smiling at me, got chills all oiver my body, and hid under my blankets. It was the scariest, creepiest thing ever.
I always told myself that when i grew up that I wouldn't just shrug it off as an overactive, childish imagination. But now, I am grown up, and haven't forgotten about how real it felt... then again maybe it was my imagination.

Funny how true that is! As if only white people would haunt others! Never seen a black ghost. But then again, I've never seen a white one either..

No, I haven't ever seen a black ghost. That's a great observation, really. Maybe Baptist and Islam are the true religions, and only white folk spirits get stuck here on earth.

If you are referring to Africans as far as I know they wouldn't look any different than a white ghost as in luminescence.. In the Movie Ghost the underworld spirits appeared as dark spirits and so has a few other ghost movies like The Grudge.

Really To tell you the truth Ghosts actually really have no definte color they are usally clear or see-thou but sometimes if you are looking a ghost will soildify and then they may have a whitish color to them. A black ghost can also be seen it usally means that person died a horrible death
