i have reset the bios changed hard drives memory it stays no matter what it is microsoft virtial drive it is in bios the more ram i put it gets bigger i just want it gone and it will not go away

The first question is why is there a virtual drive set up at all. We used to do that in the bad old dos days using the autoexec.bat or config.sys(I don't remember which, it has been a long time) in order to get more performance. Is it possible that there is info in that drive like diagnostics that you may need? We need more info before giving a good answer. What kind of system, what processor, how much ram, what OS, etc.
