Some sources say he's gay, others that's he's bi. I know that he had homosexual tendencies but he had some (heterosexual) porn in his no-longer-secret stash of movies. Is there a definite conclusion?

He was neither gay nor bi. Hitler once had an interview with a German journalist during the war. He was asked why he was still single. His response was "I'm already married to the German Nation". Probably he's very obsessed with his role as the Fuhrer of Nazi Germany, that he preferred being single. But in the end, he got married to his long-time fiancee Eva Braun, just hours before both committed suicide in Berlin.
Hitler had Ernst Rohm (Head of the SA brown-shirts) executed for Rohm's gay liaisons and for having gay parties in Rohm's quarters.
Hitler dismissed his one-time War Minister Werner von Blomberg for marrying a prostitute, considering it as an improper behavior within the military doctrine.
Hitler's "Final Solution" included the elimination of gays and homosexuals from society, not just the Jews.
