I choose to love my life, and accept everything that I cannot change with peace. Even undesirable things are accepted with peace, and valued for the good which comes of them, even if only strength of character, the challenge of opportunity, or the lessons of evil.

Above all stop trying to change this which are beyond your power, or to expect things which are not realistic.

Expect whatever happens to be exactly what should be (expected). Judge only based on results. If some people behave badly then accept that such is their nature, and stop trying to judge them beyond their behavior or to wish them to be different than they are.

You start analysing ur life and ur attitude towards it.
Im going to assume that all aspects of ur life are not so great but there surely must be a part that is surely better than the others. This maybe the littlest things like even a relationship with a family member or a quality that u have inside.
things may not be going so great but u need to appreciate even the littlest things and make the best of those. Change ur attitude and things will change.
goodluck and keep in mind that the darkest times are always those before dawn :) ..... just a small thought

start by changeing your simple daily routines, experiment with diferent hobbies and pass times, maybe a change in carreers. Try volenteer work like helping elderly people in nursing home or maybe humane society work involving helping animals, or helping victims of abuse. When you get involved with these sort of things not only does it help other people or animals etc. in need, it also will make your life more fullfilling when you do good things for others you will feel good about yourself. there are also many carreer opportunitys that go along with these fields and there are many more fields like these. just start somewhere and when you find the right place you will just know it, it will just fit. everybody has a purpose, something that they are meant to do, it might not always be easy to figure out but that might mean the purpose is that much more important. It is up to you to never give up looking for your place in this world, its a shame so many people do, the world could be a better place for everyone if we would just let go of our egos and follow our hearts. No matter what never let go of your dreams, honor yourself and others, follow YOUR heart. once you have purpose you will be happy. the rest will be unimportant ( money, material things, social status). good luck on you journey

The only time there's "nothing you can do to change things" is after you're dead, sweetie. I know it can SEEM like you're stuck and powerless to do anything about it, but trust me, you can. The first thing you need to do is work on changing your outlook.

It might seem like New Age mumbo-jumbo, but what I'm about to tell you is the absolute truth: if you take a little time each day to reflect on the things in your life that you're grateful for, and the things that make you happy, a shift starts to take place. Positive results seem to be "attracted" to a positive attitude. I swear I'm not just blowing sunshine up your a**. I've experienced it firsthand.

I'm not proud of this, but I was homeless and living on the streets of Los Angeles for 3 and a-half years. I had made a lot of bad decisions previously, and that's how I got myself into that situation. And if I ever felt like there was nothing I could do about a situation, that was it. I was terrified that I'd end up living like that till the day I died. But after seeing the people around me being robbed, beat up, and (one of them) murdered, I realized that someone or something was looking out for me and that I had a lot to be thankful for. That caused me to change some of my daily habits to the point that, toward the end when something really, really bad happened to me, I took the necessary steps to make the best of it and I got out of L.A. as a result.

Today, I'm in an apartment of my own, I have my own car that's paid for, I'm back in college, I have a great job and an amazing boyfriend... It's the complete opposite of the life I used to live.

Nothing is ever etched in stone. Some situations are MORE DIFFICULT to change, but that doesn't mean they're impossible.

Good luck to you! Don't give up! Ever!! :-)

First you wait ... and then you wait some more.
Then you develop the most useful skill in the world:
patience. Then you exercise your patience with all your
might, and then do it some more. And while you're busy
with all that you also carefully observe everything around
you; looking especially for little things that maybe you can
change or influence in some small way. You don't give
in to frustration and anger and doubt. You accept all
these things for what they are, and then you move
beyond them. Slowly and gradually you take back some
measure of control over your life, and then you may be
able to put aside hate once and for all, and THEN you
can get on with the sorry business of living . . . :)

You absolutely CAN change your life.

Get a new hobby. Seek out a new friend. Go somewhere you've never been--a modern art gallery or a country fair.

Thing is to DO something you could learn to enjoy. Talk with people you enjoy speaking with.

Stop bad habits or things you do that hurt you such as smoking.

Try some new exotic food.

Get interested in a different kind of book. Get a hobby you are passionate about.

You can always make changes in any situation. Remember even small changes can get things moving into a better direction.

We often get so bogged down in what we think is wrong with our lives that we don't take the time to look at what is right in our lives. Life is ultimately what you make of it, you control the good and the bad and how it will affect you. Learn from what is wrong in your life and use it to make things better.

A guy named Ken Baldwin who jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge and survived said
“I instantly realized that everything in my life that I’d thought was unfixable was totally fixable—except for having just jumped.”

Life sucks sometimes and we can feel powerless and it can seem like it will never change. But it does change, change is inevitable. More than that, we can decide how to change it rather than just float along.

Try to do some small change... any change that makes you feel good. If things get really tough, reach out for help. Friends, family, clergy, etc. may be able to help guide you.

Peace

You can change things. Try harder. Tis the season to be jolly, CHEEER UP. look around. Things can always be worse. Count your blessings. Do you have a roof over your head, food on the table, clothes on your back? Don't complain because you have to park far away from the store and walk a little bit. The man with NO LEGS would be grateful for the walk. Think about it.

There is ALWAYS something you can do to change things.

Even if its getting your backpack and sleeping bag pakced, selling off all your stuff and travelling arround the world working here and there for a year.

I did this and it was the best time of my life, total freedom.
The people you meet, the things you see and experience.

Be Brave and DO SOMETHING, don´t waste away like a Banana in the corner. Its your lfie and you have the gift of free choice to choose your direction.

you can always do something to change things.. start small, you will not change everything one day to the next, buy, as they say, little by little.
First of all, stop thinking how much you hate your life, and focus on the good things, go out, spend time with friends, family, pets.. whatever suits your mood.
the first thing you have to change is that attitude.. stay positive
