i have tried soaking it in bleach, hot water and dish soap but this stuff is on there. it's my favorite pan. any tips?

Barkeeper's Friend or Cameo. Or, try a paste of baking soda. These are all non-abrasive but seem to have just enough "grit" to get things like the bbq off and still not harm the glass.

This sounds really weird, but my pampered chef lady told me that you can get stains out of plastic dishware by setting in the sun. I guess that bleaches the color out.

you'll have to buy a new plass pan if you've tried all that stuff.
