I've looked in A. C. Moore, Michael's, floral shops [sometimes used in bouquets] and I can't seem to find them if you could help me that would be great!

Oriental Trading has tons of these party type items. I get their catalog in the mail and purchase stickers and pencils for my daughter's class parties.

If you are not too particular about the design, Party Packagers (assuming you live in Canada) carries them. If you are in the US try Walmart.
