I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no easy way to lose weight. However, the most efficient way is through a balanced food program combined with regular exercise.
If there were any easy ways to lose weight, there wouldn't be ten trillion weight loss books on the market. Take it from someone who has worked very, very hard to lose 104 lbs. Every pound was very hard work.
It's so difficult to not overeat during the holidays. My advice to you is just enjoy yourself, just try not to eat with complete abandon.

Soda is a big contributor to weight.
i have a friend who eats lots more than i do and is on a computer a heck of a lot more than i am. i try to hit up a tred mill every other day and do sit ups and push ups everyday.
Some how that guy is lighter and skinnier than me. i think it's because he doesn't like soda, but i'm a little addicted to it.
My mom (an RN at a hospital) said that the high fructose corn syrup in most sodas (and poweraid) screws up the body's digestion to the point where one bottle of soda turns into the equivalent of 1.5 or 2 pounds of surgar.
Even though i'm sure thats an exageration, it's still not good for you.
Oh man i just ran out of soda, gotta get some more. See ya

I know a way, but it's not easy. Very effective though!! It's called the master cleanse. You make home-made lemonade, drink that 6-12 times a day, and that's it. It detoxifies you, but you can lose some weight. It's actually considered a healthy way to do it.
