preparation h used for hemmoriods is great for wrinkles and oil of olay regenerist was tested by an independant company against more expensive creams and it worked the best.
wear suncreen or wear a hat and dont smoke, it causes wrinkles and vitamin c creams and patches work well

How old are you? Laugh lines can be really cute and representative of your looks.But if you insist on getting rid of them I would suggest botox injections done by a plastic surgeon! It is the only really effective way,creams won't work on deep wrinkles

see a dermatologist, or just keep smiling and no one will guess they are permanent.
The good thing is that you have them- that means you are a happy person and have enjoyed the love and laughter of many through your life. If you did not have laugh lines, that would mean that you were not a happy person and took life too seriously. Enjoy them!
