You know the inner corner of your eye. The tear duct part. Line 1mm on bottom and top in that lil corner. I seen alot of celebs do it using white and light blue eyeliner and it made their eyes look like their holding a secret. Mystery eyes.

White Pencil is great to use when you trying to open your eyes up a little or just brighten them. The best way to use it is ether line it with another color , such as black and white two lines. Or you can try just using it in he corner of your eye lids. This is what I always used it for. Just hit the corners a little inside and outer part of the lid and blend in ward to the other color you have on, but i would never use by its self.

The best way to use white eyeliner is use with black eyeliner..
1- apply a nude shade of eye shadow all over...
2-use a dark shade. gray or black near eyelashes and smudge it
3-apply black eye liner along the eye lash line
4-right on top of black eye liner, apply a thin line of white eye pencil (make sure u stay very close to the black eye liner.. dont mix the two together)

Don't use it all around your eyes-just right inside the inner corners of your eyes, where your tearducts are. You could also lightly line the INSIDE of your bottom lash. White eyeliner is used to make the eyes look bigger and more alert and awake.

use it inside the lid..in the inner most area..that way it will look more natural...
i once had this friend who would use white eyeliner everyday for skool and she looked horrible...not natural at all!! i hated it...i tried telling her bc you know thats how good a friend i am but she wouldnt listen to me....now we dont talk thank god...bc it was embarrasing to be seen with her...

If you use it on the lower lid (inside) it makes your eyes look bright and sparky and big. This is the only way I know people using it?

you could use the white pencil to mark your patterns, and the fabric when sewing, if it does not work on the fabric, i would just trash the white pencil.

I honeslty think that the white eye pencil look is out-dated. what r u trying to go for, enhancing your eyes or highlighting..........

You can also outline around your lips BEFORE you use foundation and lip liner, to help give your lips a clean, better shaped appearance. Same thing for your brows.

put darker eyeliner on first (black probably) then use the white for the rim , makes yur eyes look bigger
