I don't like regular fruitcake.I do "love" home made rum fruitcake..You make your cake and place it in a pan.Put a clean towel over it and let it stay on the counter top or table.Every day,pour rum over it and repeat the process for almost two weeks..It will change your mind about fruitcake..If you like "PJ",[ a lot of fruit mixed with alcohol and let sit for a spell] you'll love rum fruitcake..Try it!!!! It won't make you drunk..honest!!!

believe it or not an old man showed me how to eat it 30 years ago, put a slice in a bowl and splash some of your favorite wine over it then eat it with a spoon, it's good

I hate to say it but I really love the stuff. I have no idea why but I prefer the cheep ones that come in the round can. PLEASE send me one for x-mas.
