Sorry, we don't do common! I think names like Sarah, Michelle, Tonya and Micheal, John, Jason are just void of all personality! I graduated with 11 Jason's and 7 Sarah's! Who wants that?? My daughter's name is Theadosia Kay, we get a lot of compliments on it. Also, Joan isn't just a possiblity, it's a must! (Grandma's middle name) But thanks anyways people!

Arabelle Joan would be my choice (I would imagine that Joan and Allen are relatives to you-Hopefully still with us)

As far as Rhian. If you want her to be called Ryan, you would just be creating one of those instant mispronunciation problems for everyone seeing it for the first time and calling her Ree-Ann or Ree-Ahn. So if you like Rhiann, maybe consider Ryan.

The boys first names are pretty severe no? Here in New York we have a Prison called Ryker's Island where all the hardcore criminals go. Ryker Island-Ryker Allen (see why I can't endorse that one)

While Vanger is also a bit tough for me, I'll take it over Ryker. Is it to be pronounced in the French way of Van-Yay? or V-Anger. The French version in this case sounds okay.

Here's wishing you the best of health and luck for you and your baby and I will hope for a girl as your choices for names are just a bit easier on the ears (at least mine).

How about Arabella instead of Arabelle? Rhian is nice, but Joan is an horrible name with both of those. As for the boys name Allen is okay, but the other two are horrible! How about this:

Boy: Allen Ryan
Girl: Arabella Rain

Thats the best I could do with those names. Rain is better than Rhian for a girl

Arabelle is really pretty and Rhian is a great and pretty way to spell Ryan. I love those!

Ryker and Vanger are definitely new names to me. I really like Ryker while Vanger I think is O.K.

If I had my choice I would name the girl Arabelle Rhian because that sounds really pretty. As for Ryker Allen that sounds cute too.

Definitely new names to me but really cute ones. I hope that everything goes well! Good luck and keep us updated!

Rhian will be pronounced Reeon by people.

Vanger would be pronounced either Vanjer or Vangrr.

If I had to choose I'd go with Arabelle and Ryker because of the pronunciation issues.

Ryker Allen for the boy is very masculine and sounds good. Why not try Joan Rhian for the girl?

Arabelle is okay, but you could also try Arabella if you like that.
I would prefer Rhianna or Rihanna for a girl than Rhian. There's also Brianna too.
Ryker and Vanger are a definite no no. My favorite boy names are:
Christian
Micah
Malachai
Elijah
Elisha
Levi
Jerimiah
Daniel
Dani, Danni, Danny, or Dhani (all pronounced the same)
Elliot

Personally i prefer arabella to arabelle but i think it is the best of the two then i prefer ryker for a boy.
for some reason i have always liked the name Lorien for a boy so i know what you mean, unusual names are great but i also think old fashioned names are good.

I like Rhian better, but would just spell it Ryan, she'll be repronouncing Rhian for EVERYONE her ENTIRE life. And is Joan a family name b/c it's rather plain against the first name choices. And I like Ryker Allen better.

Arabelle and Vanger are awful! Ryan and Ryker are cute! Joan, you can come up with something better than that.
