You need to see a speacalist. The best thing is to move on. At 14 you dont need to care about boys. look to your acidemics so you can not only get guys but forget the ones you lost. Date in senior year and/or Collage. Then move on if he breaks up. This happens all the time. My best advice. FORGET ABOUT HIM. Find a better out let like work or a sport or music and maybe becoming goth.

You surely should talk to someone, that's not a good look hun, you're only 14 years old, Trust me I know it may have felt like the end of the world, been there, done that, got the t shirt, faded it out. But remember he's not the first and won't be the last unless you're gonna keep doing that to yourself!!! In hindsight how would you feel if you had died from that? Would a guy have really been worth it? The pain you'd cause your family and friends not to mention all the fun life has to offer that you'd miss. Talk to a friend or your parents but talk to someone, I bet you'll realize more people care about you than you think. Inflicting self pain is never a good thing. Good luck hun.

yes, baby I care even though you don't have a clue who I am. I love you! I know how you feel. The feeling of being alone is always rough. But as you get older and time pass by you will find peace with in yourself. I found peace when I cried out to my Lord and Savior some days are just going to hard. But remember the old saying " only the strong survive and that is what you must do. I pray now that God will give you peace in the midst of your storm. I was 16 the first time I thought I was ready to die. A lot of bad things were happening and I just didn't want to deal with it. Do you know that trials comes to make us strong. So if you don't give in I want give up on you.

Why do you think you needed to do that in the first place. If you cut your face as well, someone would have noticed, what do you use as an excuse. This is not a solution dealing with heartbreak. It horrible, I think everyone one here might have gone through the same feeling. Assuming you are looking for attention and that is fair, you want to talk about it, but do think this is a solution? Is there anyone at your school, church, family you would trust. talk to that person and learn from them how to deal with inner pain/hurt. Asking this question already made you aware that this is not right, isn't it? It a bad choice and you need to turn that in make right choices in dealing with struggle. Good luck!!!

Yes go to the doctor. When relationships end it hurts ver bad. I am 29 and it still hurts. I may even cry from time to time. I have never hurt myself. I have thought of hurting myself but I never followed through with it. I think that is the line where you should seek help. Remember it is always ok to ask for help. I would talk to your parents also. They are cooler than you think.

Oh, Honey, you're only 14! And that boy was not worth mutilating yourself over! I was about the same age when I got my first broken heart. But the boy in question didn't think it would be good for us to ruin our lives when we weren't even out of school. And he was right. I still smile when I think of him, and thank him for being honest.
Tell your parents, get to a hospital! And get help! Feel better, Sweetie.

Promazine isn't even authorized for tension or panic assaults. that's especially for schrizophreniacs. that's relatively prescribed anymore different than in specific circumstances. Ask your physician for a benzodiazepene like Xanax, Valium and Klonopin - all are quite functional in case you're having a panic attack or are in severe tension. He/She could desire to additionally placed you on an SSRI like Zoloft. Be warned that benzodiazepenes are quite addictive - so use them responsibly as withdrawal could incorporate seizures.

This story makes no sense. First of all if you slit your wrists and face it would be very noticable to your entire family. And yes you would need a doctor just so you wouldnt have big ugly scars on your face.

Obviously you need to tell someone. I'm curious though...you marked up your face and your mother didn't notice? Or are you not telling the truth about the whole situation?
