There are 16 teams that have never won the Super Bowl. They are: Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts (however, they won SB V as the Baltimore Colts...but never a SB as the Indianapolis Colts), Jacksonville Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers, Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans. Some have played in the Super Bowl and lost. There are 7 teams that have never played in a Super Bowl. They are: Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts(see above), Jacksonville Jaguars and New Orleans Saints.

Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans, San Diego Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers, Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks Arizona Cardinals. When the Oilers were in Houston they never won a Super Bowl. Ever since the Colts have been in Indianapolis they have not won a Super Bowl. When the Colts were in Baltimore they won Super Bowl #5. When the Cardinals were in St. Louis they never won a Super Bowl. When the Rams were in Los Angeles they never won a Super Bowl. The Rams won 1 in St. Louis.
