Best Treatment for a badly skint knee?

Help!

I've just really badly scrape my skin bone by bashing it at the supermarket ouch!! Its already swollen and showing bruising but there is scaped off skin and im not sure how to treat the area!

Its very tendor.

I dont heal very well at all - ive actually suffered from keloid scars before so dont want this to heal badly what should i put on it

clean it first, then neosporin and a bandaid if you have one that will fit. if not, cover it with a papertowl and tape down the ends (you dont want it rubbing on your pants and getting dirty, ya know?)

Well if it is bleeding really badly, apply pressure to stop bleeding with a sterile gauze or clean cloth. If you have some disinfectant close by use some to sterilize the wound and to keep it free from bacteria and filth. Once the bleeding is under control you can take a couple of ice cubes and apply it to your wound this will bring down the swelling and slow the bleeding. Once you feel that your wound is under control, you can then go to the emergency room if needed and let a trained specialist take care of it for you. You mentioned it was to the bone you may need stitches.

Wash it with soap and water first, then put neosporin on it. You may want to cover it with a gauze bandage until it heals too.

Try a bandage with some A&D ointment. For the swelling you might use some ice.
