The Clash and The Sex Pistols

An expolsion of non-conformative music that reigned down upon the whole scene. Punk to me means anarchistic.

the word punk brings up thoughts of rebellion and defiance- an attitude of anarchy and hatred of authority.

the style reflects this attitude in my opinion.

I don't judge anyone dressed in this style because I have met someone that likes this style but was one of the sweetest humblest persons- but at the same time, I think one should be careful about how they present themselves and what message they are sending with their dress, attitude and posture.

Often (not always) what is on the outside is a reflection of the attitude on the inside

its not about dressing a certain way or being obsessed with certain bands-its about doing what you love and loving what you do and not caring what other people think :P
