The gender bias is real, how much ever the companies cry hoarse to prove otherwise!
Especially in India, where the corporate world is male dominated, gender bias is predominant. However, a few industries and fewer corporates have started to come out of this.
The first and foremost for a woman is to be assertive without being perceived as "arrogant".
Second is not to shun any opportunity that would provide an "unconventional" career option.
Third , of course is the old fashioned "waiting for the right moment" to stake the claim.
good luck and all the best!

it develop into likely deleted because human beings contained in the dialogue board got here upon it off subject matter (no longer that i agree, it does contain adult men's well being). the adult men in that dialogue board likely got here upon it offensive and pronounced it. i imagine human beings are more beneficial uncomfortable with male because there is that concept that he's been ruled and is a lot less of a guy. the position it truly is comprehensible that a lady is overpowered, it truly is one way or the different shameful for a guy.
