Well, one thing would be divorice him, find a guy who's got what it takes. You only go around once -- you deserve good sex. It's one of the few things in life that occasionlly make me glad my father's condom burst, or whatever seemed to happen.
There are things that he can do, during sex, to help him not bust a nut before it's time. When he's feeling like he's getting close, there are sorta positions he can use that'll be less intense for him, and more intense for you (these generally involve less "in & out" and more pressure on your clit. Like if you were on top, and putting your weight on his pelvis). He also needs to slow down and get a grip before it's too late. There's definitly a point of no return, so you wanna slow down before you hit that point.
But I'm guessing that your husband's kind of a regular guy. Likes football, hates Hillary Clinton, etc. Really, the best thing you could suggest to him would be to open his mind & perhaps think about the issue. And to ask his male buddies what they do, how they manage it. This does feed into the ol male ego (which is why I mention him being a regular guy) but he's just gotta get over that. If we sat down for some beers, I could explain how he could do better (not that I'm a stud, but I can safely say, I'm not one of those "two-pumps-and-a-squirt" guys.) He needs to be comfortable first of all, talking with other guys about their theries. Also, to take some feedback from YOU. Tell him what you want. Again, this can be a problem with the old male ego. He's gotta get over it. Talking & open-ness is the most important thing.
If this doens't happen, depending on where you're located, I could **** you correctly & he could watch.

Spice it up a little bit. Go to a sex shop and find things that interest you and turn you on. Come to a compromise.... and try it out. What's the worst that could happen. The main reason it does'nt last very long is b/c you don't do it that frequently. Try going for round two after the 3 minutes is up. Give him some time to work back up(5 min) then go again and see how long it lasts!!!!!

There are ways for him to practice more control. Talk with a therapist or your dr. for advice on techniques or go to library and read up on it. it will take some time to develop more control, but can be done. Another idea is to have sex more often,(seriously) then he wont be so hot and fast. Try 2 times a week and see what happens. GOOD LUCK

Ummm...yeah...try doing it more often! Seriously. The more a man makes love to a women, the less sensitive his d*ck becomes. As a result, he will last longer the next time around. Increasing the frequency will do wonders for his ability to sustain himself and please you. Give it a try, I am sure you will both be pleased with the results!

Have sex more often ... make the foreplay last longer ... tell him you don't want a minute man ... lol ... just kidding that would probably kill his ego ... just practice & be more aggressive ... the more you show interest in sex the more he'll show interest in you .... and want to please you longer ... it's all about not being selfish ... he really needs to look out for your needs too ... have a talk with him & tell him you want more sex & you want it to last longer ... !

My sister told me the same exact thing. When I went up to my sister's husband (without my sister around) I told him, "Do you want to know how to love my sister even better than you are now?" He asked how. "When you make love, hold her, talk to her, tell her how much you care, and make it last a long time!"
Well my sister got so angry at me and her husband was mad that I would talk about their personal life. So I told my sister "Well maybe now, he'll last longer, and if he doesn't he'll know that I know he can't last more than 3 minutes!"

There are numbing lotions/gels/sprays he can use to desensitize himself to last longer and if you have sex more often, it will take him longer. Check your local shopping stores in the condom area for the desensitizing items.
