I think all are good trucks. I personally love Dodge and have owned several Dodge trucks. Its really comes down to what features you want and how your going to use it. My vote goes to Dodge, but I'm not a Chevy or Ford hater.

"Better" is a subjective term. Everyone has their own opinion, just as everyone has a bellybutton! The best selling vehicle in the Country for the past several years has been the Ford F100 series pickups, but does that mean they are "better" than Dodge, GMC or Chevy? I don't know; I prefer the "big truck" styling of the Dodge (but then, I have always preferred Chrysler Corp. vehicles). Some people swear by their GMC or Chevys; others swear at them. All I know is, Ford is the best seller, Dodge are the best looking and Chevy and GMC make very capable vehicles. By the bye, you neglected the Toyota Tundra which is a hot seller and a huge success. Thanks. Good luck!

me personally the dodge diesel, but thats just because i prefer diesel power, and well you cant beat a cummins. But it really all comes down to what you want out of a truck. Ive had horrible luck with chevy, its probably just luck, but yea thats enough for me. No more chevy for me. The fords seem to be getting better every year, wait until they change something again, then get the year before it because that will be their best truck for awhile. Your cant deny gmc their recognition either, they good trucks all in all. But still im going to have to go with the dodge for a diesel and the ford or gmc for gas power, everybody thinks the duramax is great, but chevy doesnt even make it, isuzu does so what does that say, and the dodge hemi in a truck is worthless in my opinion. Yea its great for the charger and other cars but not for trucks. gmc has a great gas powered line as does ford, im not a fan of the new gas powered chevies. Ford has the powerstroke, yes diesel, but much more complicated than a cummins and still isnt making the torque and power that cummins is.

The Chevy has cheaper mainainance cost for most parts and gets better fuel mileage. Dodge costs the most to maintain and Ford is in the middle. Which one is best overall takes lots of things other than maintainance cost. How does it drive, do the seats fit you things that are subjective to the individual driver, so there is no difinitive way to say.

Chevy / GMC = cheaper parts to buy according to some people.
Ford = most popular F-150 pickup in the USA. Check out how sweet those doors open and close.
Dodge = big and heavy.. Cummins diesel engines in some.. yeah!

I would definitely get a GM truck just because I'm a GM fan. However, the new Fords have been showing some improvement.
