I was interested in pursuing a degree in this, but if jobs are mostly filled and hard to come by I may have second thoughts.

You'll have to see in the area that you live in, or want to work in. I know where I live at, the field is flooded. Now if you can, and if you decide to continue this, stay in school, go to as much radiology training as you can....as in Nuclear medicine. That field isn't flooded yet, and they pay so much more. Best of luck to you.......study hard.

One rationalization why women folk have not got equivalent pay is that the girls folk's rights communities are not pushing it adequate, so there's no longer various tension on the government to alter it. you regularly see adult adult males doing actual exertions jobs because of the fact employers do no longer prefer to hire women folk for heavy exertions jobs. that's because of the fact women folk won't be able to do as much as adult adult males can, because of the fact a girl's physique isnt outfitted to be waiting to do heavy handbook exertions, and a guy's is. That section is strictly genetic. You hardly see women folk shape workers and issues like that because of the fact a chairman doesnt prefer to be to blame if she hurts herself, or placed her on maternity leave, or pay her even however she would be able to be doing much less. There are some women folk who can do exactly as lots, basically as easily, yet no longer lots.
