I am going to go out on a limb here..It says the dog is tied to the leash but it does not say the leash is tied to anything else so I am going to say the dog is going to walk over to the bone..

Assuming the leash is tied to a radius point, i.e., a stake, then the dog can cover 30 feet in length. The bone, therefore, is 5 feet on the other side of the radius point that the leash is tied to. Easy pickings.

He will walk over to the bone and pick it up. You never said that the bone was 20 feet from the tether point of the leash.

It says the dog is tied to a leash, but is the leash tied to anything? In that case, the dog could just walk right over. You think you can fool me, huh?

The leash has to be tied to something,or you could end up paying the police for capture and detainment or far worse,a car gets him first.

I agree with She She...we don't know that the leash is attached to anything....maybe he will just walk right on over and get that bone!

Maybe the stationary leash is attached to the hind leg of a very big dog, and he is able to lean over far enough to get the big bone and chew it?
