The four letter word issue simply means that its easy to go either way, but its your choice - chose wisely - and be certain you are choosing correctly. Sometimes we think we love someone when we actually are co-dependent on them. This can easily turn to hate if we are spurned.
Actions refers to do unto others - walk the walk, don't just talk the talk. Don't tell me you love your brother and then spit in his face, or neglect the poor person begging on the street, or act all pious and holy in church and neglect someone in need just because they haven't had a bath , etc., etc.

I can't really answer the first part of your question, other than maybe there is a fine line between the two at times. The other is self-explanatory really. Most people "say" many things and not really mean it, it's their actions that are the most important. He can say he loves you all day long, but does he show it in his actions? Therefore, "actions speak louder than words" is very true.

Hate and love are along the same lines, just different extremes.. as for actions speak louder than words, sometimes your body language gives away more than your mouth does!

Actions Speak Louder Than Words
Attempts to illustrate how the true character of an individual may be judged.
For example:
A person makes a spoken promise but to they act to fulfill that promise.
The hypocrisy of an individual may come to light as they tout how generous they are yet walk by a beggar without dropping a coin

Love, if not demonstrated purely, can be just a dirty word used to take advantage of another. Actions speak louder than words, example, if you are hungry and I know it, but just "tell" you that you will be okay, I have not helped. I must put actions behind what I intend to do. Another example of "action"...If you tell me you have ant bites, but you really have a contagious rash, you will not pass on what you say, (ant bite) you will pass on what you have (contagious rash). I don't catch what you say, I catch what you got!

the first part of your question is there is a fine line between love and hate, you can love someone so much that you hate them (like the relationship between me and my sister i love her so much that i hate her because we are so different) the last part is you can say 1 thing and show something different like if you hate someone like a step-mom or dad you have to respect your mom or dad so you may say nice things but when you are not with them you say not nice things you are acting louder then you are speaking

particular, strikes communicate louder than words. people do choose appreciation from others. They crave for it. They sense satisfied whilst somebody says issues like "nicely performed" "good job" "love you" etc. "in case you're saying i admire you, you have already fallen in love with language which itself is a sort of breakup and infidelity." i don't understand who reported this, yet i've got faith its actual. Its a human nature to assert issues that they do no longer possibly do. Being human all of us understand that words may be one greater lie. Its subsequently the strikes that make us sense in somethings. Like whilst somebody is unhappy, people attempt to console him lots- saying each and every thing would be fantastic and that he shouldn't lose wish and issues. yet then now and back its no longer the vast words that fluctuate you, yet in basic terms a small smile from somebody saying "Its okay to be unhappy." Hug actually speaks louder than others. strikes communicate louder through fact they have the real potential to effect others. Its no longer the words, yet strikes who touch someones heart and lead them to understand your presence. words might sometime be forgotten, yet you're remembered for what you have performed to the international. :)
