2 liter of Diet Coke and mint Mentos.
DO NOT DRINK IT! I saw a guy do that one one of those "look at what these idiots did and caught on film" websites...this guy dropped the Mento in the soda and took a big chug, then threw up AND it went straight through him and he got explosive diahrea in his pants. Poor bastard.

Mentos & Diet carbonated soft drink work best.
Take a 2 Liter (or Litre) bottle of diet soda, put two mentos in the cap, drop the cap onto the bottle and twist like crazy. Then toss the bottle into the air.
Now RUN!
