well,i said something, someone didn't like and they sent an e-mail to my yahoo address, threatening to "get me".there was no attachments or anything but, they sent something through"shared"documents somehow ,cause my wife's yahoo accounts will not respond after log in either .also,i started with one anti-virus,threw the other two in after all this happened.1 found nothing,1 found 1,the other found 15.all have been repaired but, problem still there.of course all i get from yahoo is "thank you the wheels are rolling, one of our fine csr's will contact you shortly"

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

first issue is your 3 anti-virus programs
they will conflict with each other you will need to keep just one
you may find after doing so the problem resolves itself.

-uninstall any two antivirus programs and keep only one, your problem appears to be because of running of all three antivirus programs.
