nope...bandwidth is allocated by your account profile at the ISP. it has nothing to do with the operating system.

Registry tweaks don't do squat...we tested that many times in the lab...just because it's on a web page doesn't make it true...

Your internet bandwidth is controlled by your ISP, not by any setting on the OS.

The IP stack in XP is pretty well optimized for broadband already and any changes would need laboratory conditions to verify any benefit.

Your bandwidth is set by your ISP and there is nothing you can do to change it, except to buy a better package.

You can uncap your internet connection lol, but that's either illegal or against the rules of your isp, im not sure which.

No, there isn't any way you can change your bandwith. You will have to speak to your ISP about increasing your connection speed.
