People are selfish?

Question

I think the reason people dont want to help others MOSTE of the time is because a lack of trust. My question is, if you see a dollar bill would you pick it up for keeps or give it to some one you first see on the streets. Another words are you a giver or a taker?

I tend to agree with you, people have changed for the worse and will continue to do so. People no longer care about others, the way they did a few years ago. Who gives?, right. No one has the time, nor patience to help others. The excuse is that you never know if that person is worth the hassle! or no time etc. I would call it being selfish, would not agree with you regarding lack of trust though.
